This villa was finished in December 2023. It is situated in north Pererenan, Tumbak Bayuh, Bali.

This is a beautiful, 3 bedroom villa! Just the kind of place where we would like to stay ourselves: Central, but quiet. High standard on villa, bedrooms, bathrooms – and WiFi / internet! A perfect place to stay for work, holiday or both.

The villa is owned by PT Umah Group Bali. We bought the villa in February 2023, as a 2 br villa under construction. We redesigned the villa with the 3rd bedroom and a completely different layout in the living and kitchen area. We spent most of 2023 completing construction in cooperation with a skilled and knowledgeable local contractor.

All staff is balinese, and we strive to purchase all good and services from local, balinese suppliers. For us it is important to run a serious and legit business, pay our taxes and make sure the money stays in the country.
